turboNuke's fourth entry in the Harry Quantum series, Doc Star, contains everything necessary for a wild ride: sex, drugs and rock 'n roll! Okay, so there's no sex. And drugs make no appearance either. So it's just rock 'n roll, and that's all Harry and his robotic sidekick, Graeme need. Point and click your way out of a (still) crazy adventure saving Super Burro's brother, Percy, and his recently reunited band.
In this pointandclick adventure, an alien hires Harry to find photographic proof of people disappearing at the titular carnival, because of reasons, that's why. I mean, what, you thought aliens were all about abduction and probing? Geez. Rude. The game's campy sense of humour and style make it the perfect light-hearted bit of adventuring to brighten your day.
Presumably, when TurboNuke was developing its recently released physics puzzle sequel, Soccer Balls 2, they tried to determine what would appeal to non-association football fans. Panda: Tactical Sniper 2 is a friendly-looking, cheery little sniping game where you're not actually expected to snipe people. You're going to have to think outside the box of bullets and shoot other objects in your environment to achieve your goals, and help Panda pull of a major fuzzy-wuzzy diamond heist. It's a quirky concept that will appeal more to fans of puzzle games than shooters, especially given the perky aesthetic, and it's definitely worth a look.
Synapsis is an exquisitely detailed, 3D modeled and animated, point-and-click adventure game that was just dropped into our suggestion box by one of its authors, Rob, and he had this to say about it: "It's really hard to explain it, I made the game and I'm not entirely sure what its about. It's the voyage into the mind of David Carter, possibly dead, possibly mad, or maybe just in an alternate reality."
