Hi! This week on your Weekday Escape!
Tototo Room leaves you alone with a huge frog - it doesn't threathen you, only needs help. Dassyutu lets you play some billiards, but first you need to find a cue. Not chalk, you can do without it. Neat Escape's garage is a nice place, but something is missing here...yes, the car for a drive. Can you find it? The last game by Icy Oak is lovely point-and-click game.
Have a good time and enjoy!
With Tototo Room you are supposed to escape a courtyard, and this time there aren't any buttons changing into smiley faces. Instead, by garden bed stands confused and clueless anthropomorphic frog and complains - it forgot the rain dance, poor thing, and now the plants wouldn't come into flower! So, unless you know anything about rain dancing, try to find some instruction to get out!
The cursor is not changing, no save button, one ending.
P.S. Talking about frogs, especially disturbing ones, there is unforgettable OFUROooBa by Detarou...
Dassyutu locks you in a room which seems as a combination of living room, an office and a billiard room, so you can watch TV, print some papers and play billiards at the same time! Amazing! And also get rich, in case the ten coins hidden there are solid gold and you find them all. Click everywhere, as there are more active areas than one would think and some items may be overlooked easily.
The cursor is not changing, save button, one ending.
P.S. There are many pool games in archives!
What a nice garage Neat Escape has! With big windows and clean, newly painted lockers...but where is your car? You just came here to pick it up and suddenly you find yourself trapped. There are some clues around the place, and hopefuly you open the lockers somehow, yet what happened to the car is unknown...don't expect a mystery though, this is just a simple escape game. You find out at the end.
The cursor is not changing, save button, one ending
The game is available for Android too.
The name of the game by Icy Oak says it all. Smoking caterpillar...big mushroom...magic...Alice is ̶d̶e̶a̶d̶ not here, though.
We love escape games, and our readers love talking about them and sharing hints! How about you? Let us know what you think, ask for clues, or help out other players in the comments below.
No Button Escape (Study)
As the text below the game tells you, Tototoroom is busy studying, and so you get a study (practice work). Instead of the usual 11-button format of the series, there are NO buttons in this one.
(Red text above the game: "Please wait for the Start screen to appear before clicking. Clicking outside the game somehow causes the game to stop. In that case, please refresh the page. Sorry!")
Exploration
As mentioned, you do not need to collect any buttons in order to exit: the door is just locked and you need to find its key. The metallic box on the left has a darkened rectangular stripe with some parts missing. The cupboard on the right has a four-digit lock and a box with four bear figure buttons wearing different accessories.
Turn around (left or right) to face a frog who's forgotten his rainmaking dance. He'll happily move his arms, legs and head if you click them. The plants on his right do look a little dry. On the left, there's a safe with four colored star buttons beneath a clue with a jagged arrow passing through circles.
Fill in
Use the clue from the metal box on the first screen to unlock the top cupboard door.
The shapes missing from the stripe match the top halves of the digits 4372.
So enter that in the lock, then open the door to find a small hammer with a spike at the end.
Smash
Use the hammer on the metal box to break it, and you find a clue with letters and an arrow on the back of the box.
Rain dance
Use the clue from the box to help the frog dance.
Each row on the clue contains the initials of one of the frog's body parts.
So click his Right arm, Left arm, Right foot, Left foot, Head, Head, Left foot.
(Pay attention to the bubbles that pop up when you hover over the frog: his right foot and arm are on our left and vice versa.)
Once he performs the dance correctly, a rain cloud appears directly over the flowers and waters them, causing colorful flowers to appear.
Four colors
Use the clue from the flowers to unlock the safe behind the frog.
The arrangement of circles matches the positions of the flowers, so that the arrow indicates a sequence of colors: blue, red, yellow, purple.
Click the buttons 2, 1, 4, 3 times accordingly, and the safe opens. Just like the box you smashed, it's empty except for the clue on its back wall.
Bear meet
Use the clue from the safe to unlock the bear box.
The digits from 1 to 6 appear below the glasses, top hat, necklace, bowtie, top hat, bowtie symbols.
So click the bears who wear those accessories (top, left, bottom, right, left, right), and the box opens to give you a key.
Use the key on the door to unlock it and escape!
Billiards Room Escape
While there are still loads of pixel-hunting spots, many of the hotspots in this game are highlighted with faint translucent rectangles that make them easy to manage.
Exploration
Your tour of this beautiful wooden room starts in front of the stone door with a yellow billiard ball next to it. Next to it, a printer sits on top of a cupboard whose four door locks have four buttons with shape markings, four digits and a small picture of a camera, a text input box, and four buttons with arrow markings. To the right of that, a television sits on a console with a video recorder beneath it. The TV makes a sound but shows no image. The right compartment has a four-digit lock, and the left compartment holds a coin. Lastly, there's a table with another coin on it.
Look under the table to find a red key.
Also check the right edge of the cupboard to find another coin.
Turn right to find a simple bench with a coin on it. To the right, there's a shelf with packing tape and a video camera cable. Checking the top of it, you find a coin.
Turn right to face the (side of the) billiards table. Clicking it to look at the top of the table, you find that the cue ball and the 1 ball are missing, and there's a light blue cross marking. (Back out and) look beyond the table at the clock on the wall, as well as something hanging next to a lever on the ceiling.
Look under the table to find half a cue.
Turn right to face a potted plant which has a white billiard ball (cue ball) in its soil, a statue with a hole in the base near its feet, and more wall shelves with another half a cue, a blank piece of paper, and a coin.
Look behind the potted plant and statue to find 2 coins.
You've found only 8 coins after looking all over, so perhaps it's time to start solving puzzles.
Print
Use the paper on the printer to get a photograph of billiard balls.
Play
Place both missing balls on the table, then attach the two halves of the cue and use it to play.
Four of the balls land in the pockets, while four remain on the table. Interesting.
Each of the balls remaining on the table has a letter next to its number.
As for the balls in the pockets, their numbers aren't visible but you can still click them (or refer to your photo) to find out which ball is which. Each of those four pockets has a smudge next to it.
Of the other two pockets, one is empty and the other holds a coin.
Drop
Use the cue to flip the lever on the ceiling, lowering a locked box with a red keyhole.
Unlock
Use the key to open the box, and you get a dustcloth from inside.
Clean
Use the cloth to clean up the smudges on the pockets (doing it for one is enough), revealing red shapes.
So use those clues to unlock the top-left cupboard door.
In ascending order, the balls numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 are in the pockets next to the circle, star, triangle, square shapes.
So click the matching buttons to open the door and find a pair of binoculars.
The bottom of this compartment sounds hollow when you knock on it.
So click it until shifts aside, and take the last coin.
View
Use the binoculars to take a closer look at the clock. You see four red digits above the numbers 8 to 5.
So use that clue to unlock the bottom-left cupboard door.
The 8, 7, 6, 5 balls are on the table, and they are marked with the letters A, D, G, J.
So type ADGJ in the box, then open the door and take the video camera.
Playback
Attach the cable to the camera and then to the TV. Now you can watch the screen, which shows a video of the cue ball rebounding off four other balls.
So use that clue to unlock the top-right cupboard door.
The text that shows up when you watch the video helpfully tells you that the balls which were hit were numbered 6, 2, 4, 3.
So enter that in the lock and open the door to find a black light.
Reveal
Examine the billiards table again. If you have the black light selected, light blue text appears to tell you about the video recorder.
Now you can examine the video recorder, and pick up the maze hidden under its corner.
Path
Use the clue from the maze to unlock the bottom-right cupboard door.
The only path through the maze has segments of roughly equal length going right, down, right, down, right.
So push the →↓→↓→ buttons to open the door. Take the horseshoe magnet.
Pull
Attach the magnet to the cue (and you will automatically use the tape), then use it on the hole in the statue to get a metal sheet with four holes and an arrow marking.
Stencil
Place the sheet over the paper printout, which leaves just four digits visible.
Then use that clue to unlock the compartment to the right of the TV.
The digits, from right to left according to the arrow, form the code 7251.
So enter that in the lock and open the compartment to get a golden key.
Use the key on the door to escape!

Here's a list of where to find all 10 coins, in the order of this walkthrough:

Escape From the Garage - Remake
Your car's missing from the garage, and now you're trapped there!
Exploration
You see the garage shutters, the door beside them and the box in between, all locked.
However, you can peek through the glass of the door to see a sign outside.
Also click the white line just under the shutter to zoom in on it and find a letter N marked there.
Turn left. The tire rack on the left is too high to reach, but you can open the window on this side by clicking on its bottom half and pick up the stepladder right outside. You can also open the window the other way by clicking on its top half and look at the route sign outside. The two concrete wheel stops at the back of the parking space have hexagonal and star-shaped holes.
Turn left. The huge opening on the back wall is no help to you, since the sign outside prohibits you from stepping there. Three tables under that have cloth "curtains" that hide tall and short cardboard boxes. The middle table has a bright red three-digit safe placed on a cardboard box, and the left table has a bright red four-symbol locked toolbox on top.
Turn left. The concrete wheel stops here have circular and square holes. The red cupboards here appear to be locked, but the wider one has a hexagonal bolt instead of a keyhole. You can look out the window at another road sign. The wooden device in the corner appears to have something sunken in the top and something hanging at the bottom.
Three digits
Use the clue from the cardboard boxes to unlock the three-digit safe.
The boxes under each table (from left to right) form digits when read sideways: 3 7 1.
Enter that in the safe to open it and get a pair of nippers.
Four shapes
Use the clue from the wheel stops to unlock the toolbox.
From left to right facing the toolbox, the shapes of the holes are circle, square, hexagon, star.
So click the buttons 5, 8, 3, 1 times, then open the box to get a blue-gray key.
Unlock 1
Use the key to unlock the tall red locker. Inside, you find a cardboard box tied shut and a more blue key.
Unwrap
Use the nippers to cut the wire on the cardboard box you just got. Inside, there's a spanner.
Twist
Use the spanner to open the large red cupboard, and take the garage jack from it.
Raise
Place the jack under the wooden device on the same wall as the red cupboards.
The jack raises a safe with four labeled buttons which display road signs.
Directions
Use the clues from the road signs to unlock the box with sign buttons.
The N marking on the floor tells you that the side with the garage door is north.
So the signs on the North, East, West, South sides prohibit cars, parking, skateboards and pedestrians.
Click the buttons 1, 6, 9, 5 times, then push the big button to dispense a red key.
Unlock 2
Use the red key to open the box beside the door, which has a button for "open up a little" and a horn symbol for "full open".
The only thing you can do with it is push the "open up a little" button, which indeed opens the shutter just a bit.
So look under the gap and pull the tire on the right through it.
Rack
Place the stepladder under the tire rack.
Now you can climb up to it and place the missing tire there.
This activates the buttons on the three-digit lock connected to it.
Three digits again
Use a clue from outside to unlock the three-digit lock on the tire rack.
Just enter the route number (826) from the New town sign.
Pushing the big button makes the floor open up, and a car rises up from it.
At the end of that animation, you're facing the lock again, where there's now a red horn button you can take.
Full Open
Place the horn button on the car, which uncovers the ignition keyhole.
So use your blue key to start the car.
Then click the steering wheel to sound the horn, opening the garage door, and drive away!
I won't be doing a walkthrough for the fourth game because the text walkthrough provided by them is already very good. So this is the last walkthrough for this week of escapes!
