Hubby the Clay Cube (Windows, 7.7MB, free) - Platformers don't get much simpler than this, but there's something charming about the ease in which this game plays. Hubby the Clay Cube puts you in the gooey shoes of a squared kid who is out to save the cube world from a device called the Clay Cube. You accomplish this by gathering keys to unlock doors and by stomping enemies on the head. I know I know, very basic, right? Then, why is it so entertaining?!
Little (Windows, 5MB, free) - Playing baseball in the yard with your pals, you chase after a long fly ball that soars across the lawn. Just when you're about to nab it, you touch a puddle of radioactive goo and shrink to the size of an ant. Bummer! Now, being all little and stuff, you have to work your way through a 2D platform world, navigating simple mazes and gathering items for characters that need them. Oh, and also, figure out a way to return to your natural size! Created by Zach Banack, author of Fire with a Riot, TimeStill. and PaperDreams.
Cold Blooded (Cold 2) (Windows, 6.3MB, free) - An intricate platform shooter with a main character who can just about do it all! You play the role of an assassin bribed by an assassin's guild, and since you're the most efficient killing machine around, you eagerly pick up all the weapons you can get your hands on and head out on the job. Jump and wall jump to navigate the levels, and latch on to overhead ceilings by getting close enough to them. There are several weapons to use and pick up, each brightly colored to contrast the game's black and white manga look. The controls take a bit to get used to, but the game's filled with action and over-the-top kills.

I have to admit I wasn't impressed with "Little". Your path is extremely linear in terms of logic--"do X; now do Y; now do Z..."--and at the same time involved a lot of walking, and then walking back, and then walking forward again. I was hoping for something with more exploration, or more open-endedness, or at the very least less "walk back and forth".
I usually adore your games but... Cold Blooded is really terrible. The visuals are great, but the gameplay is utterly atrocious. I played for about 15 minutes, and felt like I was fighting the game harder than I was the badguys. Nice attempt, hope they can maybe do something this style, with a better control scheme.
This is possibly one of the worst selection of games in the weekend download I have seen before.

I thought that Hubby the Clay Cube and Little were pretty fun. Little was kind of... underwhelming. Hubby the Clay Cube I have yet to finish, but what I have played so far is really fun. :3
