Use the mouse to slide pieces left or right. When a block reaches a gap it falls, so plan a few moves ahead so you don't find yourself in a pickle. When three or more like colors meet they vanish. The goal is to eliminate all the pieces on the board using as few moves as possible. Sandwich the snake-like icon to nab a few bonus points, but don't let that distract you from the main task.
The Quiet Night only has ten stages and the gameplay isn't anything new. But as usual, Game Pure has managed to infuse great music and soothing visuals to create a worthwhile experience. Kick back, listen to the jazz, and watch the shooting stars fly by.
Nice, but not very hard - I got 2739 - is that good?
2867 on my first try. Not hard, but I suspect that point maximization is where the challenge lies.
Meh, it could have been longer. It's a good concept, and I would definitely enjoy a sequel or another game like this. Anyway, my first score was 3211.
First try was 03066 - I assume I could've done much better by the 0 at the beginning.
Testing on Level 3 has made me determine that
combos are utterly worthless. (Combos being when you make block disappearance trigger other sets, if you didn't assume that's what I meant).
Subsequently improved it to 3128.
I think there's a specific set of moves that produce a high score for each level, and that therefore, there is a maximum possible score. This is supported by the lack of a high score table, because all the high scores would be the same....
