Fruit Kitchens No. 24: Papaya Yellow

When you need a little sunshine in your day, Funkyland's escape games can always be counted on, with their bouncy soundtracks and eye-poppingly cheerful design. In Fruit Kitchens No. 24: Papaya Yellow, because you can leave this kitschy kitchen, you need to find seven payapas... some of them are simply tucked in odd places, while others are locked away behind puzzles. There's no changing cursor, so you'll want to click on everything to make sure you don't miss something you can interact with, though this game is definitely of the short and sweet variety. There's just something about Funkyland's Fruit Kitchens games that makes you want to twirl around with some cartoon birds while you make a batch of cookies (or garlic bread, because let's face it, savory is better), and Papaya Yellow's biggest difficulty is likely to be simply missing a hotspot or two given its colourfully cluttered design, though you may need to give your thinker a light shake to wake it up. Fruit Kitchens No. 24: Papaya Yellow is as sunny and happy as you'd hope, and a lovely way to spend a few minutes.

I can't find the key for the dolphin picture. Does anyone know where it's hiding?

For the dolphin clue:

start at the palm tree and go backwards.

thanks, teacher_creature!!! that's the one thing i couldnt crack.

is there a clue anywhere that suggests you should

read the dolphins clue from right to left?

i must have tried a dozen times from left to right!!!

i always seem to get through these games fairly quickly ... except for ONE thing.

I didn't see a clue for that. I had to watch a walkthrough on youtube to figure it out. :/

@stuckinabasement:
Yes, there is.

Though not on the picture. The hint is in the lights themselves. You will see that they light from right to left, whatever direction you press. And that is the hint that tells you to read the dolphin picture from right to left.

Fruit Kitchens is such a delight. I'm always almost stuck, but a little perseverance and I'm out.

Ah, thanks for the walkthrough. I got a bit stuck because

I didn't realise you could take out the crank and the other bit from the stool, and put it on the bear's head

That's a little out of character for Fruits Kitchen. Usually everything is single use.

Speaking of out of character... I haven't seen a weird Detarou (did I spell that right? The one with the panda and the weird things) escape game for a while. Are they still making them?

Fun little break for my day, thanks!
